  • Automated Platform Profiency Training & Testing

    Our Automated Platform Profiency Training & Testing solution offers a highly configurable, multi-lingual application for deployment in any academic or commercial institutions that train and test students or professionals for proficiency in software.

    As opposed to traditional scenarios, ATS allows delivery of dynamic, interactive content as well as automated testing of the practical skills learnt via application automation. Testing environments no longer have to have instructors supervise hundreds of students as they are given tasks to perform on the software they were trained for.

    ATS comes built-in with compatibility for multiple applications (platforms) and contains hundreds of task templates for each platform that instructors can use to questions against. Currently supported platforms include:

    Example Scenario
    Take the example of a training course in Microsoft Office proficiency. The training course covers some basic aspects of Excel such as cell formatting and data entry. The course also covers some intermediate topics such as conditional formatting, formulas and advance topics such as pivot tables, linking external data etcetera.
    Training: The instructor would create a new course in ATS, record simulations, add textual content and media. This course would be delivered to the students who can be allowed to interact with the application at their own pace or within a restricted time frame. ATS would not only deliver content that is interactive, it will allow users to interact with an automated instance of Excel to practice course material giving them hands-on exposure to Excel. As students are interacting with Excel, ATS is smart enough to know the context of the current material and provides feedback to the student in real time regarding the steps they have performed.
    Testing: The instructor would create either boilerplate or customized examination sessions for students including tasks suited to thier skill level. Alternatively, ATS can generate randomized sessions for each student based on thier skill level. Students would then log on to the desktop client and ATS would guide them through each expected tasks. Once complete, the session would be submitted to the server which records the results.

    Developed a flexible and scalable approach to document management by combining the benefits of traditional DMS systems with those of specialized classification and correlation systems; all while adhering to the customer's compliance requirements.
     
  • Virtual Assistant (Chatbot)
    Using state-of-the-art AI, developed automated bots to do the bidding for what used to be customer service representatives. Worked closely with state and local government (education and municipal).

  • Workflow for Photography, Publishing and Printing
    Considering the customer’s pain areas, current system and their wish list, developed a comprehensive platform with operational and analytics coverage for district and school level photography initiatives.
     
  • Worktrack System
    Developed a scheduling and logistics maintenance system, tailored alongside industry-matured modules that adhered to best practices and provided deep analytics. The solution exposed a seamless and integrated experience, allowing the customer to focus on higher objectives while retaining the ability to control and track operations.
     
  • AI-based Surveillance & Recognition
    Designed an application focused on safety and security to reduce the customer's cost of compliance. As an anomaly detection system, it combined biometric and surveillance feeds from 5,000+ employees and created a pipeline to process this data in the cloud. The system was able to detect anything out of the ordinary and generate alerts using configurable workflows.
     
  • Automated Testing System
    Designed an automated assessment system to determine users' proficiency in productivity tools. This federal initiative implemented in Saudi Arabia enabled them to train/assess 150,000+ users' without the cost of subjective assessment.
